I designed Momence’s messaging so every SMS, email, push, WhatsApp, and in-app note lands in one real-time inbox, complete with smart filters, rich customer profiles, and a channel-aware composer. Instructors can answer in seconds without juggling tabs, automate reminders, and keep every thread personal because purchase history and visit logs are always in view.
